The successful candidate will relish the opportunity to work closely with highly regarded Corporate lawyers, allowing him/her to develop their career within a supportive team. The role will involve working on a range of high value matters including: equity capital markets, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital investments!

It is expected that all applicant have sufficient experience in dealing with high calibre Corporate/M&A matters (ideally from a city/US firm). It is vital that all candidates are able to build and maintain solid client relationships and also proactively seek and secure new opportunities. An excellent academic background, with a minimum 2:1 from a well-regarded university is essential.
