The successful candidate must have a genuine interest and strong experience in Capital Markets/AIM work from an equally well-regarded firm in the city. He/she will largely be responsible for the listing and financing of transactions on the AIM and main market and will also be exposed to a range of public and private M&A, shareholder agreements. Many of the firm’s clients focus of a spectrum of industry sector areas including: natural resources, financial services, fintech, the retail sector and more! 

It is essential that all candidates have a strong academic background, including a 2:1 from a well-regarded university. This is a real opportunity for a bright, diligent and adaptable Solicitor to develop their career and also work closely with a leading individual for Capital Markets/AIM.
