Investor Relations Associate, Curtis Murray Associates

Based in London and investing across Europe, our client is a leading private equity firm with over €4 billion in committed capital.

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join the investor relations team within this dynamic firm.

Suitable candidates will have a first class academic background combined with approximately three to five years’ relevant work experience. We are specifically interested in candidates with an investment banking background but will also consider experience in transaction services, placement agents, private equity funds and funds of funds.

The appointee will assist with a broad range of activities which primarily includes supporting an existing global investor base as well as all investor related matters and events. Specific responsibilities will include quarterly reporting, preparation of fund marketing materials including investor presentations, due diligence documents and case studies. You will be involved in organising the annual investor meeting and advisory board meetings. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will play a key role in project managing future fundraising processes.

Excellent financial and analytical ability, including a firm understanding of the fundamentals of an LBO transaction are key requirements for this role. You will be energetic, hardworking and a quick learner who enjoys being part of a small team in a demanding, non-hierarchical environment. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management ability and exceptional attention to detail.
