NQ Corporate Tax Associate (International Law firm)

My client is an international law firm with offices across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. As a result of increased client instruction, they are looking to grow their international Tax Group with the hire of a newly qualified lawyer.

The team focuses mid-market corporate/M&A and venture capital work. They are also involved in business restructurings, commercial work (often with a VAT focus) with particular focus on high tech industries, e-commerce, IP and renewable energy and some real estate and finance work. The work they do often has an international element so is particularly suited to someone who is keen to get experience of international tax.

Requirements
*Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
*You will have trained within a top 50 law firm.

This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their skills as you will be involved in marketing and business development at the early stages of your career.
